History

Yeregui Group was founded by Don José Ignacio Yeregui in 1942 in San Sebastian. In its early Yeregui Group focused on the execution of civil works and industrial buildings, but through the years has been expanding its field of action to other areas which now occupy most of their activity: urban and residential projects.

Since its founding, the Group maintains its headquarters in San Sebastian, one constant since its inception the gradual expansion throughout the rest of Spain. Yeregui Group has been among the first builders of the Basque Country to open up to other territories, either through projects and work carried out in different Spanish cities, such as through the introduction of delegations intended to be permanent.

The delegation of Madrid-Zona Centro 40-year tenure, and the delegation of Andalucia Málaga_costa another 30 years, are clear examples of a fixed and lasting implementation. The delegations of El Vendrell, Catalonia, Murcia, Costa de Levante and Andalusia Seville have been opened in the last ten years in the attempt to consolidate the Group's presence on the national scene.

It is in the decades of the '40s and '50s when they started this expansion throughout the country, working in Aragon, La Rioja, Cantabria, Cataluña, etc. In the 70's they began to work in Madrid, which entrench its activity in residential projects, and where they continued working until today. In the 80's they began their deployment in southern Spain, with numerous projects in the coast of Andalusia, where they have been active until today.
