YEREGUI GROUP, 70 YEARS MAKING URBAN PROJECTS COME TRUE
Yeregui Group, chaired by Maya Luis Galarraga, is made up of a group of companies specialized in the management and development of construction projects. They have 70 years of experience working throughout the Spanish territory.
Headquartered in San Sebastian, throughout its history has been implemented in the rest of Spain opening several delegations. It is currently present in Madrid, Andalusia, Murcia and Catalonia.
The Group has undertaken a process of international expansion and since 2004 has offices in Romania and Portugal, and has invested in Poland and the Dominican Republic.
During his long career, the Group has developed projects in different areas, having experience in the construction of public works and industrial engineering, property development, residential and promotion. In recent decades, its activity has been directed primarily to the residential sector, having built over 25,000 homes across Spain.
The diversification of its activity is also a priority for the future of the Group and, following this objective, Yeregui Group was incorporated in the forefront of industry manufacturing of lamps, luminaires and lighting systems with LED technology, participating in DLED enterprise solutions. Similarly, it has been incorporated into the business of power generation by solar photovoltaic, participating in the development and operation of a solar garden.
Yeregui Group faces the future with an eye on the concept of responsible construction. Its aim is the promotion and development of housing in the sustainability and energy efficiency to become a reality, that does not have to be at odds with the social function of housing.
